PRIVACY NOTICE UNDER THE LAW ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
As DCT TRADING DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. ("Company"), we prioritize the protection of your personal data. In accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law"), we present the INFORMATION NOTICE containing information about the personal data processing activities of www.dcttrading.com.tr (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") to the public and relevant individuals:
ARTICLE 1: DATA CONTROLLER
Your personal data may be processed by the Website as the data controller within the scope described below. The term "data controller" refers to the real or legal person responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal data and establishing and managing the data recording system.

ARTICLE 2: PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

- Ensuring corporate communication and Website security,
- Conducting statistical studies,
- Performing activities and transactions based on signed contracts and protocols,
- Planning, evaluation, and studies necessary for our customers to benefit from our products and services,
- Conducting advertising and marketing activities related to our services, and informing about corporate communication activities,
- Conducting market research,
- Improving and personalizing digital platforms provided to our customers, using cookies if necessary for this purpose,
- Monitoring and evaluating requests, suggestions, and complaints from relevant individuals, and planning and evaluating activities in all fields,

- Planning and implementing occupational health and safety processes,
- Using said information to exercise legal rights, and using information about transaction history as evidence in case of disputes after the termination of legal relations with the relevant individual/entity,
- Planning, reporting, visitor/customer statistics, and similar examinations within the scope of domestic legislation, and fulfilling reporting obligations required by public institutions and organizations.
The processing of such personal data is carried out automatically based on the legal grounds of "necessity for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations" and "necessity for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed," as stipulated in Article 5 of the Law.
ARTICLE 3: PARTIES TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED AND PURPOSE OF TRANSFER
Personal data relating to customers may be shared with Website business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, and legally authorized private legal entities for the following purposes within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law: planning and implementing activities necessary for the customization, promotion, and introduction of products and services offered by the Website to individuals according to their preferences, usage habits, and needs; conducting necessary studies by relevant business units for our customers to benefit from products and services offered by the Website; conducting necessary studies by relevant business units for the realization of commercial activities conducted by the Website; planning and implementing commercial and/or business strategies of the Website; ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-job security of individuals related to the Website and those with whom the Website has business relations.
ARTICLE 4: METHODS OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL GROUNDS

ARTICLE 5: RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The natural person whose personal data is processed is defined as the data subject and has the following rights by applying to the Website:
- Learning whether personal data is processed,
- Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
- Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
- Knowing the third parties to whom personal data are transferred, whether domestically or abroad,
- Requesting correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
- Requesting deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions provided in subparagraphs (e) and (f) and requesting that the operations made under these subparagraphs be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
- Objecting to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data solely through automated systems,
- Requesting compensation for damages in case of suffering damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
