In accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law"), we present the INFORMATION NOTICE containing information about the personal data processing activities of www.dcttrading.com.tr (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") to the public and relevant individuals:

ARTICLE 1: DATA CONTROLLER

Your personal data may be processed by the Website as the data controller within the scope described below. The term "data controller" refers to the real or legal person responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal data and establishing and managing the data recording system.

The processing of such personal data is carried out automatically based on the legal grounds of "necessity for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations" and "necessity for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed," as stipulated in Article 5 of the Law.

ARTICLE 3: PARTIES TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED AND PURPOSE OF TRANSFER

Requesting compensation for damages in case of suffering damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
